Your personal representitive is always available for questions or concerns, to provide you with all necessary documents, and to followup after closing.
Some of the services provided are:
- contact our client by phone as soon as we receive the agreement of purchase and sale
- keep our client fully informed of all significant issues throughout the transaction immediately as they arise.
- meet with our client for the signing and explanation of necessary documents including detailed statements of the amount of money, if any, needed for closing.
- we will close our client's sale, purchase or mortgage transaction as
early as possible - we will promptly inform our client when their transaction is closed
and have keys and funds available immediately upon closing.
